A packaging solution combining different material families, including a thermoformed PP cup and lid together with aluminium and PETG components, to deliver reliable performance and versatility across a wide range of applications. His configuration is well established from a functional point of view, but the presence of multiple, incompatible materials increases the structural complexity of the pack and limits its recyclability. The need to combine and subsequently separate different materials results in more complex recycling processes and a lower circular potential.
